March 8, we #embraceequity on International Women’s Day.
This is a day we encourage, empower, and lift up Women, socially, economically, and culturally world wide.
.
Imagine a world that is equitable, inclusive and diverse, imagine a world where bias and judgment didn’t exist
.
IWD started with the labor movement in 1908, when 15,000 women marched through New York City demanded shorter working hours, better pay and the right to vote. We have come so far since these women stood up and fought for our rights. And for this we thank you.

Collective activism, education, and awareness is the key to embracing equity and we can all play a part.
Think it, Be it, Do it, reflect on how we can become a part of the change.
